Wedding Show Cake

I had a cake on display in the mock reception of the Billings Hotel ballroom for their wedding show this year.  Each tier had a different design, with silver and gold dragees and white chocolate molding clay dots.  I combined different cake shapes – square, round and hexagon – and the mixture made it an interesting cake to look at.  All four designs could be used in future wedding cakes, or one or two favorites would make for an elegant cake.
